Key Eligibility Criteria:
Leesport Daycare warmly accepts children from infancy through preschool, typically from 6 weeks to 13 years old. As part of our enrollment process, we perform a brief assessment to better understand each child’s developmental stage, unique needs, and any specific care requirements. Our programs are inclusive, welcoming children from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Enrollment is subject to availability, with priority extended to siblings of current students and families within the local community.
Application Process:
Enrolling your child at Leesport Daycare is a straightforward process designed to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your child.
1. Create a Brightwheel Account: Click Here or the green button below on this page to register and create an account with Brightwheel with your name, email, and a password.
2. Schedule a Visit: Tour our classrooms, meet our team, and see our programs in action.
3. Complete the Enrollment Application: Log in to Brightwheel to fill out and submit the application online. Alternatively, you can print it and bring it to your visit, or call, and our staff can help you complete it in person or over the phone.
4. Submit Fees: $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee to hold your child’s spot.
Security Deposit: 1 week’s tuition (refundable after 6 months of consecutive attendance). Two-week written notice is required to withdraw your child.
5. Enrollment Meeting: Review our parent handbook and discuss your child’s needs. Receive a checklist to prepare for your child’s first day through Brighwheel.
Tuition Fees
Our tuition rates are structured to remain competitive while ensuring the exceptional care and education your child will benefit from. Costs are determined by your child’s age, the program they join, and how many days a week they attend.
Tuition fees will be discussed in person or over the phone with you and include all food, snacks, and educational materials.
We provide a variety of payment options, including flexible plans, and accept credit/debit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Families with more than one child enrolled can enjoy a sibling discount. Furthermore, we partner with state and federal childcare assistance programs to make our services more affordable and accessible to all families.
Late Fees and Policies:
Payment Due: Tuition is due on the first day of each week or month based on your selected plan.
Late Fee:$50 charged on the 3rd business day at Noon for any unpaid balance. Late fees continue weekly until the balance is paid in full.
Returned Checks: $50 fee per returned check. After two returned checks, payments must be made by credit card.
Tuition Increases: Tuition may increase annually.
